Standards: house, furniture, tener
Learning Targets: I can use the verb tener to say I scared, hungry, thirsty, and my age. ican recall house and furniture vocabulary. I can ask and tell what people "have" using tener.
Intro/Connection: Ask each other what is there (¿Qué hay...") in a typical kitchen, bedroom, living room, and dining room? Answer with "Hay..... and furniture."

GROUP WORK: Use tener forms and your dream houses, holding it up for your group, and say what furniture each room “has” (example: El dormitorio TIENE dos camas.)
GROUP WORK # 2 Speaking group work: using your dream house, and the word “hay,” tell what “there is” in each area of your dream house.
