Learning Target: I know that I have learned it when I can:
-I can understand and correctly use the Negative Expressions in French.

Success Criteria:
I know how to use: Negatives
I know when/how to use it (vocab, clauses, etc)

INTRODUCTION:

Make this sentence negative:
J'aime Bob.
Je vais toujour aimer Bob.
J'ai aime Bob.

DIRECT INSTRUCTION/WORK SESSION:
You already know "Ne Pas" but could we take it further?? We'll take notes on a plethora of negative expressions.We'll learn how they are used and where they are placed in a sentence (with 1 and 2 verbs). We'll see how "no one" and "nothing" not only be objects but also be subjects.

We'll start to put them into play:
1. Which works better - "Ne....Jamais" or "Ne....Rien" - see Daily 10 Powerpoint below - slides #2-3
2. Make this sentence negative - slide #17 Les Negatifs Powerpoint
3. Written practice
