LEARNING TARGETS: (standards: sp1-6, a-e)

Students can identify and describe qualitative and quantitative relationships between mass and energy.



SUCCESS CRITERIA:


Students can make and express measurements of physical phenomena.

Students can identify patterns of data produced by physical phenomena.

Students can deduce mathematical equations that describe patterns in data.

Students can make predictions using the deduced mathematical laws of physics.



INTRODUCTION:

Students will respond to the daily challenge as shown on Google Slides

Students will complete their own daily learning map as shown on Google Slides

Students will answer the daily warm-up question from Google Slides.


DIRECT INSTRUCTION:

Presentation and discussion of new content outlined on the daily slides from Google Classroom. Notes may accompany the discussion.



GUIDED PRACTICE:

Students will complete the independent practice, or the lab activity posted on the Google Classroom


HOMEWORK;

Students are asked to complete a weekly homework assignment due every Monday
