Coach Rock's virtual open house video for his second and fourth block weight training classes.

Goat Rock Hidalgo this is our open house meeting virtual open house meeting for our way training classes 2nd and 4th block at 4 for your weight training classes if kids are on the football team they will dress out in their football locker if they are not on the football team they will use a locker in the JV locker room and you make sure they bring a lock to lock their locker up personal belongings they do not need to leave the lock on their locker passed into the class. And did you just make sure they have their personal belongings locked up during the class. Did you show up every day with a pair of athletic shorts and t-shirt and athletic shoes flip flops or slides or not acceptable we will both lift weights and run do FEMA training in class so they have to have athletic shoes on kids YouTube make sure that they are in the building party bell rings and dressed out within 5 minutes of the tardy Bell for roll call every day when we come in we will walk in the facility will get dressed we'll come in and we'll check the roll for the dynamic Mobility Program in will do the day's work out sometimes that work out will be a weight-training workout sometimes it'll be a plyometric workout or or a speed train workout and we'll finish the day with a static stretch Grace will be done will be conducted on daily basis the kids will be will be graded on one dressing out for class and number to where they participate or not we will have exams throughout the classes exams or giving it as evaluation their level improvement over 6 week program email me as a parent if you have questions about what's going on in class at Rocky.
