*The developmental team will focus on the development and improvement of volleyball skills, rather than on winning competitive games. The main goal of a developmental team is to provide opportunities for the girls to learn and grow. This team is aimed at building the girls skills and confidence. The developmental team will practice and travel to games with the playing team. They will also serve as managers, scorekeepers and line judges for the games. They can be moved up to the playing team as the season progresses.
