Driver's License Information

By law, Georgia teens under the age of 18 are required to successfully complete ADAP in order to obtain their Class D Georgia driver's license. (NOT the Learner's Permit) In most cases, students will complete ADAP through their high school Health Class. For the latest information on Teen Drivers in Georgia, visit the Georgia Department of Driver Services at https://dds.georgia.gov/teen-drivers

If you cannot find your ADAP certificate required for your permit or have not had a health class, there is an online (eADAP) course. Here is the link: Electronic Alcohol and Drug Awareness Program (eADAP)
